2. Eligibility for returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • Returned within 14 days from the date of delivery (unless otherwise stated in the product page).
  • Unworn, unused, and in the same condition as received, with original packaging and all tags attached.
  • Include the receipt, order number, or proof of purchase.

Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons—examples include perishable goods, personal care items, and downloadable digital products. Check the specific product page for any additional return restrictions.

3. How to request a return

  1. Contact our Support team at hello@bcritoinfosoft.com or use the Contact page within 14 days of delivery.
  2. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return. Photos are helpful for damaged items.
  3. Our team will review your request and, if approved, will provide a return shipping label and instructions.

If a return is not approved (for example, the item shows obvious signs of use beyond what was disclosed), we will inform you and, depending on the situation, either refuse the return or offer a partial refund.

4. Inspection and processing

After we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return criteria. Processing typically takes 3–7 business days after we receive the returned item. Once your return is approved, we will initiate the refund.

Refunds are typically processed to the original payment method. The time it takes for a refund to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.

5. Refund amounts and shipping fees

We will refund the price you paid for the returned item(s). Shipping fees charged at the time of purchase are refundable only when the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item). When a return is due to your change of mind, original shipping charges are not refundable.

If you receive a partial refund (for example, due to missing accessories or product damage), we will notify you of the adjustment and the reason.

6. Cancellations

You may cancel an order before it has been dispatched. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at hello@bcritoinfosoft.com. If the order has already been dispatched or delivered, please follow the returns process described above.

7. Damaged or incorrect items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos and order details. We will arrange for a return and replacement or a full refund, and cover reasonable return shipping costs in such cases.

Exchanges are processed as returns followed by a new order. If you require a different size or variant, follow the return steps and place a new order for the desired product. In special cases, we may be able to arrange a direct exchange—please contact Support.

9. International returns

International returns may be subject to additional shipping costs, customs duties, or taxes. Unless the return is due to our error, you are responsible for return shipping and any customs fees. We recommend contacting Support for guidance before returning items internationally.

10. Chargebacks and payment disputes

If you initiate a chargeback with your card issuer before we have the opportunity to resolve the issue, we may place your account on hold and will cooperate with the payment provider to investigate. Chargebacks for valid returns that have already been refunded may result in account flags.

  • Damaged on arrival: Report within 48 hours with photos. We'll refund or replace and cover return shipping.
  • Wrong item sent: We'll arrange collection and ship the correct item at no extra cost.
  • Changed your mind: Return within 14 days in original condition; you pay return shipping and we refund the item cost.

We take fraud prevention seriously. We may request additional information before approving a return or refund if an order is flagged by our fraud detection systems. This may include ID confirmation or proof of purchase.
